At Fila India, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit the 'My Orders' section on our website, select the item you wish to return, and click on the Return/Exchange button to start the process.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package; please ensure you collect the pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
